Grooming Young Business Leaders

The Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) established the Youth Business Affairs Committee (YBAC) for the purpose of grooming young Chinese business leaders into a new source of strength for both the SCCCI and society at large.

It aims to:

• Serve as a platform to unite and strengthen the network of entrepreneurs
• Promote the Chinese entrepreneurial spirit, culture and values
• Enable business transformation, collaboration and new opportunities
• Facilitate succession planning by grooming a new generation of leaders
