As announced by Prime Minister Lawrence Wong during the National Day Rally 2025, Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA) and Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI) will work together to develop a leadership programme to nurture the next generation of Chinese community leaders, with funding support from the Government.
The course is aimed at promising community leaders in their 30s and 40s, who are active in the Chinese community, and have demonstrated a passion to serve. It seeks to deepen their understanding of the strategic issues facing Singapore, and hone their ability to effectively lead community organisations. The course will also help promising leaders grow their networks within the community, foster greater collaboration and deepen understanding of the Singapore Chinese identity and culture.
Age : Young leaders in their 30s to 40s
Citizenship: Singaporean
Language Proficiency: Bilingual in both English & Chinese
Areas of Contributions: Actively serving the Chinese community or the wider community
Nomination opens: Monday, 15 December 2025
Nomination closes: Friday, 30 January 2026
