In the workplace, it is valuable to have individuals with different backgrounds, skills, and perspectives working together. Value is created through  the synergy of those differences. However, these differences can also give rise to conflict, which has both tangible and intangible costs when not managed well.

The webinar will explore the various causes of conflict between employers and employees as well as amongst employees. The session will also provide employers with some ideas on how to identify and implement solutions to resolve these conflicts.
