About the Programme

The Career Women’s Group (CWG) of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) launched its Mentorship Programme in 2025.

This initiative connects accomplished women leaders with aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs. Through shared experiences and meaningful guidance, the programme seeks to uplift and empower women across generations.


Programme Objectives

  • Support growth & resilience in women professionals and entrepreneurs
  • Facilitate impactful mentor mentee exchange
  • Boost leadership, confidence & decision making
  • Build a supportive network of women leaders

How It Works

Key Dates

  • 1 – 21 April 2026: Mentor and Mentee Applications
  • 27 April 2026: Notification to selected participants
  • 7 May 2026: Orientation & Networking Session
  • 14 May 2026: Final pairing confirmation
  • 1 June – 30 November 2026: Mentorship Period

Programme Highlights

  • One-on-one mentor–mentee pairing
  • Flexible meeting format (in-person or virtual)
  • Regular bi-monthly meetings (minimum of 3 sessions)
  • Quarterly online check-ins for both mentors and mentees
  • Exclusive access to CWG networking events

Mentor-Mentee Matching & Commitment
Each mentee will be thoughtfully matched with a mentor by the Committee, based on professional background, interests, and development goals. This programme is designed to foster meaningful connections, guidance, and growth for both mentors and mentees.

Applications are open from 1 to 21 April 2026.


Programme Outline

Remarks:
Mentees are responsible for arranging meetings with their mentor and submitting the confirmed meeting details to the Secretariat via the provided link. The Secretariat may take a photo or short video before the meeting for the graduation ceremony and will notify both mentor and mentee in advance.
