CWG Mentorship Programme

About the Programme

The Career Women’s Group (CWG) of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) is proud to introduce its inaugural Mentorship Programme 2025.

This initiative is designed to connect accomplished women leaders with aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs. Through shared experiences and meaningful guidance, the programme seeks to uplift and empower women across generations.

Programme Objectives

•  Foster growth and resilience in women professionals and entrepreneurs

•  Enable meaningful knowledge-sharing between mentors and mentees

•  Strengthen leadership skills, confidence, and decision-making

•  Build a supportive and inspiring community of women changemakers

How It Works

Key Dates
26 June 2025: Programme Launch
June – 4 July 2025: Mentee Recruitment
August 2025 – January 2026: Mentorship Period

Mentorship Format
One-on-one mentor-mentee pairing 
Quarterly check-ins
Flexible format: in-person meeting or virtual meeting

Engagement Activities
Informal catch-ups
Goal-setting discussions
CWG-hosted events 

Mentor-Mentee Matching & Commitment
Each mentee will be matched with a mentor selected by CWG based on professional background, interests, and growth goals.

Pairs will meet bi-monthly (minimum of 3 sessions), take part in quarterly check-ins, and have additional opportunities to connect at CWG-hosted events.

Meet Our Mentors

CWG has carefully selected a group of experienced, passionate, and inspiring women leaders from diverse industries. These mentors are committed to guiding and nurturing the next generation of women professionals. They are also active members of our Mentorship Connects, fostering a supportive and empowering network for meaningful exchange. 

Who Can Apply as a Mentee

We welcome mentee applications from:

• Female members of SCCCI 

• Open to early- to mid-career professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs, regardless of age or background 

• Individuals committed to personal growth and active participation

Application Period: 1 – 22 July 2025

Programme Outline

Note: Throughout the programme, participants are encouraged to attend CWG events and engage in additional informal discussions to enrich the experience.
