1. Senior Executive, IT

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st level user support on computer hardware, OS, access to network resources, printer & other system related issues
  • Install and configure computer systems and printers
  • Manage and maintain security of the LAN, corporate Wi-Fi, VPN and other corporate resources
  • IT admin for new Employee on-boarding & Resigning Employee Exit Admin
  • Assist Superior to gather user requirements and ensure it is implemented properly by the vendors for Company’s application system
  • Support & assist user on usage of functional features for Company’s application system
  • To guide and ensure user compliance with IT security policies, processes and procedures
  • Ensure all issues are properly documented
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Maintain and ensure updated IT inventory records
  • Handle any other IT Ad-hoc related duties assigned by Superior

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma or higher in Information Technology / Computer Science
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of computer hardware, system troubleshooting, networking and IT system maintenance
  • Able to work independently and prioritize workloads effectively
  • Team player with good communication, documentation, organisational & interpersonal skills
  • Min. 1 -2 years relevant IT working experience
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)

1. Executive (Business Chinese Test Centre)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the marketing of test, candidate registration and test administration process
  • Ensure compliance with the regulatory and statutory requirements and standards
  • Maintain proper filing, prompt fee collection and grant submission system

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum a diploma, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the Training and Education industry
  • Familiar with SSG funding requirements
  • IT savvy, able to prepare and trouble shoot during the computer-based tests
  • Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adherence to the standards of practice and code of ethics required
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)

 

2. Assistant / Sales and Marketing Manager (Educational)

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement sales & marketing strategies and be accountable for the achievement of sales and business goals
  • Build the business by identifying/pursuing corporate prospects and generating market awareness of the Institute
  • Train, coach and develop a team of programme consultants

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the training or education industry
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

 

3. Senior / Programme Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales through concerted outreaching efforts to new clients and existing trainees
  • Spearhead recruitment activities and events
  • Develop and enhance marketing collaterals

Requirements:

  • Entry-level candidates, or candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in sales are welcome to apply, with training or education industry experience is a plus
  • Pleasant personality, excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

 

4. Executive (Academic Operations)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth and effective programme administration process and student affairs
  • Ensure compliance with the regulatory and statutory requirements and standards
  • Maintain proper filing and fee collection system

Requirements 

  • Possess minimum a diploma, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the PEI, Training and Education industry
  • Familiar with CPE and SSG requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
