Manager / Assistant Manager (Commerce & Industry)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and write Chinese correspondence, including publicity flyers, speeches, minutes and reports
  • Undertake Chinese translation, copy editing and proof-reading for the department
  • Identify and initiate new projects and programmes with industry partners
  • Train and improve staff’s competency in Chinese writing

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in business or economics, with strong proficiency in the Chinese language
  • At least 3 years of related working experiences
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Effectively bilingual (speak, read and write) in Chinese & English to liaise with clients and associates
  • Experienced in events planning and organisation will be an advantage

 

IT Support (3-months contract)

Responsibilities:

  • To support IT-related activities such as:
  • IT asset inventory tracking / management
  • Backup of desktop and laptop
  • IT documentation

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology and its equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in System / Network Administration
  • Knowledge on Basic Network (DHCP, MAC, APs, DNS), Hardware Firewall Management, Server Setup Configuration and Management
  • 3-months contract (with possibility of conversion to permanent position)

Responsibilities

  • Mange the funding, programme administration assessment and examination processes, include the audit preparation
  • Ensure all processes and documents comply with the regulatory and statutory requirements and standards
  • Keep team members motivated, inspired, developing, and attaining goals
  • Organise the annual graduation ceremony and handle student related matters

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the PEI, Training and Education industry
  • Familiar with CPE and WDA requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment

 

Trainer Cum Curriculum Developer

Responsibilities

  • Develop, conduct and review WSQ and business related curriculum/courses catering to SMEs
  • Work with respective institutions or agencies on course collaboration or accreditation
  • Provide mentorship and training to adjunct trainers

 

Requirements

  • Possess degree of any discipline and WSQ DACE/ACTA
  • At least 5 years’ experience in developing and delivering WSQ and non-WSQ business courses
  • Experience in identifying and addressing SMEs’ training needs with suitable solutions

 

Programme Consultant

  • Increase sales through concerted outreaching efforts to new clients with practical training solutions
  • Spearhead recruiting activities and events
  • Develop and enhance marketing collaterals
  • Conduct course preview and orientation

 

Requirements

  • 2 years sales experience, preferably from training or education industry
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

 

Academic Executive

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties relating to the academic department, include the audit preparation
  • Coordinate the engagement, assessment, scheduling of trainers and new course/trainer registration

         
Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of working experiences preferably in the education and training industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications       
  • Proactive, meticulous, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player

 

Front Office Assistant (City Campus)

Responsibilities:

  • To man the front-desk operations, which include attending to incoming phone calls and walk-in queries
  • To provide day-to-day administrative services
  • To undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Min O Level holder
  • Prior receptionist experience preferred
  • Proficient in English & Chinese to deal with Chinese-speaking associates

Scope of Work

The incumbent will be expected to deliver services provided by SME Centre, including conducting business advisory, capability workshops, business or productivity diagnoses and involving in group-based productivity improvement projects.

 

Recruitment Criteria 

  • A degree holder or equivalent, with more than 10 years of relevant experience and a good track record in undertaking a wide range of productivity projects.
  • Relevant qualification includes expertise in subject such as process re-engineering, quality management, business excellent and general business management.
  • Experience in providing advisory or management consultancy.
