Responsibilities                                                                                                                    

  • Prepare meeting programmes, compile and distribute meeting documents and reports.
  • Prepare information notes for all stakeholders.
  • Obtain and print texts of all speeches and documents tabled.
  • Prepare and facilitate the registration and accreditation process for stakeholders.
  • Prepare general information and administrative note for stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage all protocol matters.
  • Develop plans and work schedules to meet protocol requirements.
  • Oversee and manage meetings needs of stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage mobile app.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of working experience in Chinese studies, mass communication, international relations or equivalent.
  • Prior experience and proven skills in organising or managing major events would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of Chinese and English, spoken as well as written.
  • Experience in business sector advantageous.
  • Ability to work well, independently and with others.

 

3. Assistant Executive (Communications & External Relations)

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing communications plans and promotions across target markets and industries.
  • Facilitate project administration and meeting arrangements.

Requirements

  • Polytechnic diploma holder
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in handling marketing campaigns and media relations
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of Chinese/Mandarin would be advantageous

 

4. Senior Executive (Culture, Education & Community)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Cultural, Social, Education and Community-related projects, events and activities
  • Provide administrative support to the reporting committee.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Arts, Chinese Studies, Social Studies, preferably with 3 to 4 years’ experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Meticulous and organised person;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications;
  • Interest and good grasp of Chinese culture and traditions. 

 

5. Executive (Culture, Education & Community)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Cultural, Social, Education and Community-related projects, events and seminars, focusing on invitation management (invite, RSVP, confirmation, etc) and event publicity.
  • Provide administrative support to the reporting committee.

Requirements

  • Polytechnic diploma holder or a degree holder in Arts, Chinese Studies, Social Studies, preferably with 2 years’ experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Meticulous and organised person;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications;
  • Interest and good grasp of Chinese culture and traditions.

 

6. Assistant Manager / Senior Executive (Shared Secretariat)

Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage membership, corporate, accounting, secretariat services to subscribed trade associations.
  • Ability to execute industry promotion & development related projects/programmes.
  • Ability to plan, support, design and work on the communication tools to members under the subscribed trade associations
  • Ability to execute/provide advocacy channel on association/industry matters to relevant government agencies.

Requirements

  • Preferably with work experience in Trade associations or Government agencies.
  • Strong analytical, with interest in workflow process improvement, writing and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated good aptitude in customer service.

 

7. Manager (Finance)

Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure all reports are prepared in accordance with financial reporting standards, group policies and statutory requirements; 
  • Analysis financial performance to ensure proper controls are in place to meet the group’s expectation;
  • To prepare financial budget and forecast
  • Full set of financial report
  • Experience in corporate tax and GST returns
  • To implement and monitor internal controls;
  • Good communication and support the liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • To assist in ad-hoc project evaluation; and
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Accountancy degree or professional qualifications in accounting
  • Familiar & proficient with ACCPAC accounting software (windows version)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in dealing with full set of accounts
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Chinese & English, to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates
  • Relevant experience in China’s tax/ accounting knowledge will be an advantage.

 

8. Assistant Manager / Senior Executive (Information Technology)

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintenance of organisation LAN and WAN infrastructure on Switch, Router, Wireless, Firewall and Security tools
  • Administer and maintenance of servers, computers, printers, network and communication channels (O365)
  • Provide 1st level helpdesk & end user support on computer hardware, OS, access to network resources, printer & other system related issues (including setup of equipment for new staff)
  • Assist in liaising with vendors on hardware & software procurement/renewals
  • User Access Management; Add, remove or update user account information, reset password etc.
  • To guide and ensure user compliance with IT security policies, processes and procedures
  • Ensure all IT issues are timely attended, resolved and properly documented
  • Provide accurate and timely overview of IT Issues, System & Network Health
  • IT Asset Management including hardware and software license management
  • Conduct End User training on IT related matters, as and when required
  • Handle any other IT Ad-hoc related duties assigned by Superior

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or higher in Information Technology / Computer Science
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of server, computer hardware, system troubleshooting, networking and IT system maintenance
  • Able to work independently and prioritize workloads effectively
  • Team player with good documentation, organisational & interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
  • At least 5 years experiences in server, network support, administration and troubleshooting

 

9. Senior Executive / Executive (Curatorial and Programmes)

Responsibilities

  • Curate exhibition related to SCCCI’s history and culture
  • Project management of the SCCCI permanent gallery
  • Facilitate special project administration as well as be part of a team to design and execute SCCCI’s programmes for members of public (Programmes include tours, public lectures and workshops on SCCCI history and culture)
  • Manage and facilitate regular overseas and local visits to SCCCI

Requirements

  • Degree in the Arts and Social Sciences, strong interest in Singapore Chinese business history and culture
  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience in curation, programming and events management of arts and cultural events for a diverse audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
  • Good organisational and project management skills (able to multi-task and work independently)
  • Able to work outside of regular office hours on event days (including evenings, weekends and public holidays)
