1. Assistant Project Manager, Web & Mobile Applications

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and test overall architecture of web, mobile applications & supporting web services
  • Maintain code integrity, quality and ensure responsiveness of applications/Web APis
  • Troubleshoot web portal APi and apprehend server/app logs to resolve issues
  • To be a centre of excellence and subject matter expert of technology, applications & platform
  • Working through projects from concept to finished working systems
  • Provide solutions and technical expertise on project assignments
  • Perform quality assurance check on project delivery
  • Provide technical support to stakeholders within the project
  • Deliver regular and customised training to users within the project
  • Prepare application maintenance and upgrading schedules for the systems
  • Create and maintain technical documents and procedures
  • Manage outsourced vendor / 3rd party resources to meet project timeline & delivery

Requirements

  • Good in verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be strong in analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and proactive in keeping up with new technologies and programming
  • Must have strong technical knowledge of web & mobile application development
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in full lifecycle & full stack (frontend + backend) application integration & development
  • Knowledge of App/Web Server, SQL Database and Mobile App development configuration & setup
  • Experience in any 4 of the following domain area/technology/programming languages:
    1. C#, MVC, ASP.Net, .Net Core, Java, Python, PHP
    2. HTML 5, CSS3, Bootstrap & Java Script
    3. Angular, NodeJS
    4. Progressive Web App
    5. SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB
    6. Web Services SOAP, REST, JSON
  • Demonstrate broad set of technology skillsets in mobile applications
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Open to learn new technologies (Automation, Application Security, etc)
  • Experience in Dev Ops, Agile SCRUM Framework and Docker/Containerize Apps
  • Some knowledge and experience in cloud-native application development
  • Have some MSSQL Reporting Services / Enterprise Reporting experience

 

2. Assistant Executive (Contract for 6 months)

Responsibilities :

  • Provide support for
    • Cultural, Social, Education and Community-related projects;
    • Events and seminars;
    • Focusing on invitation management (invite, RSVP, confirmation, etc);
    • and event publicity

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic diploma holder; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and organised person
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications

 

3. Executive (Facilities & Admin)

Responsibilities

  • To provide logistics and audio/visual support to events organised by SCCCI and its subsidiaries;
  • To coordinate usage of SCCCI venues and follow up with Finance on all billings in relation to Trade Association (TA) Hub ;
  • To maintain good rapport with TA Hub tenants and assist on their queries, if any;
  • To take charge of PBAX system, door security access system and maintain proper file records;
  • To support the Property Team in daily work operations; and
  • To follow up and coordinate on Project work matters and undertake other administrative leasing functions as and when assigned by the Director.

Requirements

  • Possess a good diploma and at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with both English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking associates).
  • Must be self-motivated and a team player.
  • Able to start work immediately

 

4. Executive (Culture, Education & Community)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Cultural, Social, Education and Community-related projects, events and seminars, focusing on invitation management (invite, RSVP, confirmation, etc) and event publicity.
  • Provide administrative support to the reporting committee.

Requirements

  • Polytechnic diploma holder or a degree holder in Arts, Chinese Studies, Social Studies, preferably with 2 years’ experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Meticulous and organised person;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications;
  • Interest and good grasp of Chinese culture and traditions.

  • Familiar with CPE and SSG requirements

  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
